Phonetics Laboratory
Space in which professors who work with Analysis, Description and Documentation of Natural Languages develop their research. It was restructured with new equipment in 2011, using funds from the Keeping the Talking Forests Alive Projects: documenting the amazonian oral traditions (USA / EMBASSY); Brazilian Indigenous Language Sound Standards (PADRC / UFPA) and another project already completed, funded by CNPQ / FAPESPA.
In addition to the PPGL-UFPA Phonetics Laboratory, part of the professors who research Indigenous Languages develop their works at the Emílio Goeldi Museum Laboratory.
